Shipping policy
Our current processing time is 1 to 7 business days on all orders including Expedited and Priority shipping. Our default method of shipping is Standard, which takes approximately 5 to10 business days to deliver within the USA. While most customers receive their orders within a week, occasional delays may occur. During large sales events, processing times may be extended to 5 to 14 business days due to increased order volume.
Note: Please expect longer processing and ship times during annual sales.
No refunds will be issued. Store credit only. Shipping charges apply.
Order Status
- Due to the high volume of orders we process, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
- All orders include shipping and tracking information, which will be sent to your email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
- We recommend signing up for email and/or SMS notifications through your tracking link to receive real-time updates on your package's location.
- Pastels and Polkadots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience issues tracking your order, please contact the last courier listed in your tracking information for further assistance.

Refused Or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.
Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.
